We are an international Surfboard retailer and manufacturer. Selling direct to consumers and through a global distribution network. Our business is expanding, and we need some help. We are thus recruiting for a super organised allrounder to join our ECS team.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Our Inventory Management Software: Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Previous experience with Xero or MYOB
A love of the ocean and a passion for surfing is a bonus !
Part time: approx. 20 to 25hrs per week based in Tuggerah NSW
