We understand what it’s like to get the wrong board and buying online can be a hard decision without being able to see it in person, put it under the arm or even ride a wave on it. We never want our customers stuck with a board that isn’t right for them. Our ‘See it, Feel it, Ride it.’ guarantee means the risk of buying the wrong board is a thing of the past. We’ll swap out any board directly purchased from ECS Boards Global Pty LTD within 30 days and exchange it for another style or size to the same value. This offer is available on all ECS and Inception boards.
ECS will cover the cost of getting the unwanted board back to us and replacing it with a replacement board. The board coming back needs to be in decent condition, a couple of pressure dents are fine, but we can’t take boards back with significant dings or damage.
Please note the following information including the terms and conditions – read carefully. Failure to do so could impact your See it, Feel it, Ride it guarantee.
How it works:
- Email to info@ecsboards-australia.com with the order number, a full picture of the deck and bottom of the board (clean of wax), and a details why you would like to exchange the board and what board you’d like to replace it with.
- We will email you back immediately to confirm the process and eligibility. Please note this does not guarantee your board exchange. This can only be finalised once we receive your board back and the condition has been confirmed.
- You are required to re-wrap the board the way it was delivered, wrapped in bubble wrap, cardboard on the rails, nose, tail, deck, bottom and shipped inside the original cardboard box.
- Follow email instructions to arrange the return shipping.
- Once your board has been received, ECS Boards will assess the condition of the board and notify you. We will send you a replacement board of your choice to the same value if all terms and conditions are met.
Terms and Conditions:
- This offer is limited to one ECS board replacement for your previously purchased ECS board directly from ECS Boards Global Pty LTD. The replacement board can be of another style or size to the same value of the original board purchased.
- The ‘See it, Feel it, Ride it’ guarantee excludes demo boards, factory seconds, sale items and custom/made to order boards.
- Customers are limited to one replacement board under the ‘See it, Feel it, Ride it’ guarantee within a 12-month period.
- ‘See it, Feel it, Ride it’ guarantee must be agreed in principle with ECS Boards Australia within 30 days of the invoice purchase date.
- Boards need to be cleaned of all wax and excess grime or a $25 cleaning charge will be levied.
- Custom ordered boards, boards bought on finance, or special promotion sale items are not covered by the ‘See it, Feel it, Ride it’ This offer is not in conjunction with any other offer.
- The board coming back needs to be in near new condition, a couple of pressure dents are fine, but we can’t take boards back with dings or damage.
- Putting a tail pad on the board will not affect your guarantee although the cost of any accessories bought with the board are not covered on the guarantee.
- The final value of a board can only be finalised once we receive your board back and the condition has been confirmed.
- ECS Boards Australia reserve the rights to change or alter the conditions of the ‘See it, Feel it, Ride it’ guarantee at any time.
